The Ping G430 SFT Fairway Wood’s larger draw-biased head produces right-to-left shot correction, and it generates more speed, higher launch and longer carries benefiting from a new weight-saving Carbonfly Wrap composite crown that lowers the CG and elevates MOI so shots find the green. The Ping G430 SFT HL fairways rely on a 5.5-gram aluminum backweight, Alta Quick shaft and lighter grip to achieve lighter head and swingweights, making them easy-to-swing alternatives that will have you hitting more greens than ever.
Carbonfly Wrap Carbonfly Wrap, an ultra-lightweight composite crown, wraps into the heel and toe sections of the skirt. Weight savings are reallocated to lower the CG and increase ball speed and MOI (forgiveness). The composite also plays a role in the pleasing sound.
Facewrap Technology The variable-thickness, high-strength maraging steel G430 SFT Fairway Wood’s face wraps into the sole and crown, and it's thin to flex more, generating faster ball speed with higher launch for greater distance.
